A little peak-in!

Today, Fedex came with our 19w2d great ultrasound DVD. Oh, my, did I enjoy it. Besides knowing that everything is fine with our baby - all the organs, arms and legs - I was so curious about seeing some of the little cute face. And what if I'd  just happen to see the sex of the child, how would that feel?!

Well, this happening thing just didn't happen. Everything is well hidden and I definitely had a better view of his/her little heart, spine and kidneys than a possible little penis or not. I kind of had the feeling that one just can't avoid seeing a little scrotum and penis but I now think I'm very wrong about this. Many of those who ended up having a boy weren't seeing anything about the baby's sex, I'm I right? Since we have a little beautiful girl already, it would be an unce more fun to have a boy this time so we would have a "little Agne" aswell. But this is luxury thinking, of course and we will be incredibly happy for a healthy BABY. In 3 generations, there is only one boy born in my mothers family, that's my cousine's second child. Hence it would be kind of a family sensation if we would have a boy. That would probably be because it wasn't my body deciding, which sperm was allowed to fertilize the egg. :D
I had a millisecond view of the little face in profile and I desperately tried to capture it from the DVD but it was HARD. Here's the best I could do:
Here's our little Viking's profile, with the shadow of a hand/fingers ín front

Here's the little perfect heart on the left and spine view to the right
The latest update about our little one arrived couple of minutes ago. Dr. Manisha wrote that N is doing fine and her liquor has increased slightly. That's good! Please, keep your fingers crossed for everything continuing that way, please-please-please!

Jennifer and I have accompanied Agne on his business leave between monday and wednesday. This way Jenni gets good practice in travelling and sleeping at hotels aswell. It's good to know she will neither have problems with uncommon beds nor travelling hours. She will be on her trip toward becoming big sister in a few of months. Today, we visited teeth hygienist with Jenni and she got a ring and a little plastic dog - wow! She had never seen a ring before and was pretty amazed :)  I also bought a Stokke Trip Trap eating chair for Jennifer since she is growing and probably wants to climb up on her chair by herself very soon. I love the design of this chair! It is Norwegian (Woods :) and has it's original design from 1972.

Until next time - GROW BABY, GROW!
