An update

It's right after midnight now, wednesday, and we are 33 weeks.
I have spoken  to our fantastic dr. Yash. She told that the latest scan showed that our baby has grown well, weighting about 2,2 kg at the moment. N's blood pressure has stabilized, again and there is no protein in her urine either. Despite that, she is complaining about headaches, which could be a sign of preeclampsia. Dr. Yash thinks we can continue about 15-20 more days and suggests our arrival to 36 weeks, that is in the middle of the last week of the year.

I spent the whole tuesday trying to find out how to arrange our flight tickets. One way or round trip? Economy semi-flexible or flexible? Which dates? How much does it cost? If  I compare the prize to two one way tickets, which is most economical in case we need to rebook? Questions popped up one after the other and I really needed some brilliant advice. I became more and more adrenaline pumped and felt all the nerves in my head were becoming curly (unfortunately not my hair)... Finally, we decided to travel on Christmas Day, 25th of December. This way we will be in Mumbai the 26th. I hope that we don't need to rebook that date. Baby stay put!!! The flight back will hopefully be 6 weeks later, on 8th of February.

I have also spent some "therapy time" sorting and copying paperwork we need to bring along. It is quite well organized now. AND, I must confess, the whole evening I have been a pain in the a**, frequently reminding Agne about that he needs to start packing his stuff aswell. Time goes so fast now and we need to get ready. I desperately want to clean the house before we leave aswell. The week after we hopefully come back home, we are having very awaited guests and I don't want to be ashamed for a dirty house.
It's sleepy time.
Thank you all for your support, keep the comments coming in!
To all my colleagues: I will miss you badly and I love you for giving me such fantastic support! <3

  1. The 25th will be here in no time! Baby stay put is a nice mantra. I cannot wait to see who is going to emerge and enrich your lives that much more.
