New passport photos

We are 26 weeks! Today I got some additional news (I so appreciate dr. Manisha for our updates!) about our progress. Our beloved  N has been to dr. Soni at Hiranandani hospital for an antenatal checkup yesterday.
As dr. Manisha writes, N's pulse and blood pressure are normal. She is neither showing pallor, swelling nor any other signs of discomfort. Our baby's heart sounds are normal aswell. Next scan is on 10th of November. More good news, please!! I'm like a sponge when it comes to positive updates on our baby and N.
I also got a surprise delivery from Fedex today, a DVD with pictures from an ultrasound on September 6th. We have got some nice 20w "portraits" :)
With a little hand shadow, again, showing us a little smile :)

Our sweetheart from the left

Speaking about photos and portraits, I got back our Indian visa appliances today with a message that they need better photos. Grrrr....These photos were perfectly fine last time we applied for our visa's! Maybe that's why they wanted new ones - it stay's on the web page that the photos should be not older than 6 months. So now I'm sitting here with a fresh makeup, waiting for Agne to bring Jennifer home so we can go to the photographer for new, hopefully prettier photos. :)

Our official baby ticker shows less than 100 days left of our pregnancy. It feels kind of grand and somehow festive. That's probably since for us this means remarkably less than that - in 10 weeks we are going to be parents of two. I hope our little treasure stays put for so long and behaves as a Scandinavian Viking should. That is growing, kicking, having hickups, practicing this advanced breathing thing and sleeping (=growing even more!). Hopefully there will be lots of "breast cream" for our Viking, the same brand that made Jennifers cheeks so adorably round.

I'd also like to thank all of my more than 1000 visitors. Thank you for following us on our journey! You are always welcome with your kind comments!

  1. Grow baby grow!, fantastic news!.
I had to laugh reading about your Visa photos - we've now got a total of 36 portrait photos each as the Embassy didn't like any, too small, too dark, too light, wrong angle.......and the list goes on!!.
Wishing you a continued smooth journey.
